What it is
Surgeon-led ERCP and peroral cholangioscopy, done with zero X-ray (fluoroscopy-free). ERCP reaches the bile duct through the mouth with a flexible scope. Cholangioscopy lets us look inside the duct directly.

The surgeon leads the procedure. One team plans it and carries it out from start to finish.

One Room
Everything is done in the operating room, under a single anesthesia.

One Strategy
In the same operation, if the endoscopic approach can’t be completed, the team can switch right away to laparoscopic surgery.

Why it matters
With a back-up ready in the same room, the team can work safely. One session can also shorten the total operating time.
